This is where you tell us how we’re doing.

How many training providers do you know who publish their delegate feedback?

We think it’s vital you can make an informed decision before choosing us to deliver your training. So that’s why we publish all of our training feedback.

Here’s how our feedback collection system works. We have developed a detailed feedback sheet which we hand out at the end of all courses we directly deliver ourselves. We invite every delegate to complete the sheet, anonymously if they choose. We then take that information and upload it onto a living, monitored document (from which these results are taken).

We ask five multiple choice questions and underneath question, the delegate indicates an answer between 1 (poor) and 10 (excellent). The five questions, along with their results are displayed in the table below. We also ask the delegates a sixth question,. in which they can free write a response. We don’t publish this data as it could be used as a way of identifying a particular delegate. The sixth questions is:

Q6 – Will this training help you to achieve any aims or objectives in a current or desired role? Or are there any additional comments you would like to share with us, maybe something you’ve particularly enjoyed or something you think we can improve on?

And now for the results, the below are the most up to date results we have.

As part of our service, we offer our clients a huge selection of training courses. Some of these courses aren’t directly delivered by us, they instead delivered by one of our trusted associate providers. Each of our associate providers uses a different feedback form of their own making. We collect the data from each of these forms as part of our thorough supplier vetting procedure, but we don’t include it in the published data you can see above. This is because the questions on associate provider feedback forms don’t exactly match our own, and to include the data would mean the analysis became diluted and ambiguous. When attending an associate providers course we have we could ask our delegates to complete both ours and the associates feedback forms, however we’ve found when we do this we actually receive less informative feedback on both.
